The Arducam 1/2.5″ M12 Mount 4 mm Focal Length Low Distortion Camera Lens (M2504ZH05S) is a precision optical lens engineered for embedded camera applications, robotics, surveillance, machine vision, and DIY imaging systems. With an optical format suited to 1/2.5″ sensors and a 4 mm effective focal length (approximately 43 mm 35 mm equivalent), it strikes a balance between wide coverage and detail capture. The lens offers a wide diagonal field of view up to ~96° on compatible sensors and maintains very low distortion (~1%) to ensure images remain true and undistorted across the frame. Featuring an M12 thread mount for broad compatibility and a standard F/2.8 aperture for balanced light intake, this compact lens is ideal for Raspberry Pi camera modules and other embedded vision platforms needing enhanced optical performance.
