The purpose of this book is to provide the reader with a solid foundation for exploring the resources offered by the Raspberry Pi from the point of view of the operating system, as well as development and physical interfacing. No prerequisites in Linux, programming or electronics are required. After a physical presentation of the Raspberry Pi, you will have an overview of the operating systems that you can use with this computer. You will be guided to quickly install the operating system of your choice on an SD card and make your Raspberry Pi operational. The use of NOOBS, a tool for system installation, SD card recovery and multiboot management is explained in detail.
