The inventor’s kit for the BBC micro: bit provides a fantastic way to learn how to build and control electronic circuits. The micro: BBC bit has a selection of pins that are located on the bottom edge of its PCB (see datasheet below for more details). Using our specially developed Edge BBC connection card in conjunction with the test card (see below) makes it easy to use these pins to connect additional components to the BBC micro bit.

The inventor’s kit for the micro: BBC bit is a great way to get started with programming and hardware interaction with the BBC’s micro bit. This inventor’s kit contains everything you need to practice 10 experiments, including using LEDs, motors, LDRs and capacitors.
To get started, we have an easy-to-follow tutorial that will walk you through everything you need to know about BBC micro-bit programming. You do not need experience with programming as the exercise book will guide you through each step. You will program and create circuits in no time!
