The WAVESHARE Gigabit / 2.5G Dual Ethernet Base Board is a carrier board designed for the Raspberry Pi Compute Module 5 (CM5). It provides two RJ45 Ethernet ports with 1 Gbps and 2.5 Gbps speeds for fast and stable wired networking. The board supports dual 4K HDMI display outputs and dual MIPI interfaces for displays and cameras. It also includes a 40‑pin GPIO header for HAT compatibility. Expansion options include a USB 3.2 Gen1 port, two USB 2.0 ports, an M.2 M‑Key slot, and a TF card socket for storage or booting. A fan header allows active cooling support. Designed for embedded systems, industrial applications, and edge computing, this board offers flexible connectivity and multimedia support for the CM5.
