The BeagleBone Black is a BeagleBoard card, using a Sitara AM3358 ARM® Cortex ™ -A8 processor. It ships with a Linux distribution preinstalled on the built-in flash and is equipped with a set of features allowing the user to enjoy the power of the processor.
This card has an HDMI interface to connect directly to the monitors.
Many other Linux distributions and operating systems are supported as well such as: Ubuntu, Android, and Fedora. Like its predecessors, it is designed to address the Open Source community.
