The Mini BOSS DAC separates the 3-channel power supply and the filter: one for the digital side, the second for analog and the third for the clocks themselves. Then iit takes the filtered power and uses a second filter (LDO) to shrink the noise.
Finally, on the analog stage, a film capacitor and ceramic are used for a silent DC to power the TI IC.
